Today, after doing an eye examination I was diagnosed with presbyopia or “old eyes” and will be getting reading glasses.
Presbyopia is the loss of the ability to clearly see close objects or small print. It is a normal process that happens slowly over a lifetime, but is noticed around age 40. Presbyopia is often corrected with reading glasses and contacts.
Other vision related problems relating to aging include: floaters, dry eyes, tearing, cataracts, glaucoma etc… read more here.
