In most places the Nut grass is considered to be an invasive weed.Nut GrassI read that the Nut grass contains Vitamins and some minerals like calcium, copper, iron, magnesium and potassium. It is used in some countries for stomach problems, and to assist in menstrual problems.

Nut grass is also known to reduce the temperatures in fevers, and to promote sweating. In China the plant is used to treat cervical cancer. Click here to read more about the Health Benefits of Nut grass. Nut grass (Cyperus rotundus)
