Today’s Photo – Fried Pumpkin

Fried Pumpkin slicesThis evening I ate fried (raw) pumpkin slices for the first time. They tasted okay.

Frying them reminded me of frying plantains or roasted breadfruit, the only difference is that they turned the oil to bright yellow. Fried pumpkin slices can also be coated in flour before frying, you should give it a try.
