This weekend, we raked up quite a bit of leaves around the back where we keep the older puppies. This is the female puppy, all grown up, and posing on top of the zinc hut by the cherry tree. Just last week, she fell 30ft from the top of our roof to the concrete pavement below. Surprisingly, she picked herself up and walked about with just a scrape on the knuckle of her right foot. She was nervy though, and urinated all over herself.
After calming her down and spraying her cut with wound oil, we gave her a bowl of food to help her forget the experience. Shortly after, she was right back on the roof . . . 30ft high.
