It’s amazing to see my two-year old nephews use their tablet with such ease and skill. And as they interact with it, they’re having fun and learning at the same time.
Today’s photos show my nephew Dominique using his tablet.
As he focused on each game, I couldn’t help but smile to myself. I wonder how many little ones like him are holding and interacting with their tablets right now?
In Jamaica, thousands of free tablets are being distributed to students in our schools all across the island. The pilot programme began in September 2013, and so far, the results are favourable. The novelty of it all will not wear away.
These tablets are safe, but addictive . . . even for two-year olds.
