Reminders On The Last Day Of The Year

It’s the last day of the year 2015, and my last day of doing Project 365: How to Take a Photo a Day and See Your Life in a Whole New Way.

Today’s photos were taken at different times during the day – December 31, 2015.

7 a.m.
It was a sunny morning and this photo – “Blue Morning Glory Flower In Sunshine” is a timely reminder that there will be something positive, of value, and of glory for each new day in 2016. blue morning glory flower in sunshine

Our hillside is always busy with butterflies, and this photo – “Zebra Longwing Butterfly On Spanish Needle Flower” is a reminder that we should take advantage of the many opportunities that will come our way in 2016. Keep working at what you do best. Zebra Longwing Butterfly On Spanish Needle Flower2 p.m.
Surprisingly the day became overcast and we received a sprinkling of rain this afternoon. These photos – “Snail After A Drizzle” is a reminder that there will be bright days and dark days ahead of us, but we must keep going on.

Our journey to success, recovery, and improvement may be slow, but don’t withdraw into your shell . . . push ahead. With persistence, determination, and faith in God, we can make it. Jamaican snail Jamaican snail6 p.m.
This final photo – “Illuminated Faces . . . Grandma And Grandson” is an important reminder to give of yourself in 2016. Share your wisdom, experiences, time, talents, faith, and wealth with others.  They say “You are what you give away” and that is true. Also, when you give, two sets of persons benefit . . . the receivers and the giver. Illuminated Faces - Grandma and Grandson

It is now dusk and the year is gradually coming to a close.
It’s been good, it’s been sad, but we made the best of it.
And we can make the best of it tomorrow.

Enjoy the rest of the day, and have a prosperous new year 2016. Final Dusk 2015
